At a strategic corner in the historic center of Puebla stands West 144, a comprehensive project that exemplifies architectural integration and contemporary design. The interdisciplinary collaboration was crucial in the conceptualization of this project, combining the expertise of the branding, marketing, graphic design, architecture, and interior design teams from Dip Architects.

The iconic facade pays homage to its surroundings. Warm colors and materials, such as terracotta-colored latticework and exposed bricks, are inspired by the traditional hues of Puebla. Additionally, the amenity area is strategically located on the building’s open-air rooftop, providing panoramic views of the historic center and serving as a recreational space for residents.
