The new DIP Architects headquarters represent a milestone in our evolution—an immersive, purpose-driven space that reflects who we are and where we’re headed.

Located in the iconic Safi Metropolitan Center, in San Pedro Garza García, our office sits within one of the city’s most recognized architectural landmarks. The building’s signature curves inspired a design language that flows through every inch of the interior—from the soft geometry of meeting hubs to the ergonomic layout of our collaborative spaces.

This headquarters was envisioned as more than a workplace. It’s a space designed by designers, for designers, created to adapt to the ever-evolving rhythm of our studio. Flexible workstations, immersive LED displays, call pods, team hubs, a project showroom, and a multifunctional auditorium come together to foster innovation, creativity, and collaboration.

One of the most unique features is the curved auditorium, designed within a challenging floorplan. With tiered seating in chukum finish, warm LED lighting, and a retractable screen that connects to the shared kitchen, this space embodies both functionality and atmosphere. Above, our custom-lit logo in the ceiling serves as a glowing reminder of the collective vision that unites us.
