On the shores of Miami, this single-story residence was redesigned to adapt to the new dynamics of its family. The transformation not only sought to expand spaces, with the addition of a living room, a study and an outdoor foyer that doubles as parking, but also to redefine its identity with a contemporary and sober approach. Maintaining the connection between interiors and exteriors.

The façade establishes a distinctive character with technological stone in slatted finish and wood in lattice and soffit, which contrast harmoniously with the existing vegetation, used as a natural frame. This dialogue between architecture and environment defines the spirit of the remodeling.​​

 

In the interior, the materials are integrated into a design that flows indoors and outdoors. Light tech stone floors and staves add warmth and texture, while brushed aluminum panels in shades of gray and stone surfaces inspired by pietra gray reinforce the contemporary aesthetic. Burnt red accents, from cushions to lamps, add vibrant contrast, while smoky mirrors and low-slung furnishings consolidate an understated, serene ambiance.
