el campanario

architecture

Located in the exclusive El Campanario subdivision in Querétaro, this 750 sq. m. residence is a fusion of classic and modern architecture. Inspired by the cultural and historical environment of Queretaro, Casa El Campanario combines contemporary design with traditional details, offering an elegant and timeless space.

The residence, distributed over three levels, organizes the social areas on the first floor, while the basement houses a four-car garage and the service area. The private areas are located on the upper floor, where an office and a family room complement the intimate spaces. A central garden, inspired by Queretaro architecture, visually and functionally connects each corner, providing freshness and luminosity.

The interior design uses a sand color palette, terracotta accents and oak wood finishes, creating a warm and sophisticated atmosphere. The green areas, present in the interior and exterior, add a natural and decorative touch, while the terrace with barbecue and outdoor living room invites conviviality in a relaxed environment.

Casa El Campanario is a work that celebrates the essence of Querétaro, integrating natural materials and a design that connects interior and exterior in perfect harmony.
