Nestled on the slopes of Misión la Cañada in León, Guanajuato, Casa Romo stands tall as a beacon of monumental and contemporary architecture.

Casa Romo is carefully designed across three distinct levels. On the ground floor, you'll find a daily-use garage and a refined showroom for collector cars. The first floor houses the social areas, while the second floor, dedicated to privacy and comfort, features the private quarters comprising three secondary bedrooms, the master suite, and a study.

The architectural team seamlessly integrated the terrain's natural slope into the design, while strategically managing natural light. This approach not only shields the interiors from excessive sunlight but also frames the breathtaking views of the city by Misión la Cañada.

The atmosphere of the place is captured right from the façade, with a double-height floor and wooden finishes setting the tone that permeates throughout the house. Inside lies the heart of the residence: the living room. A prominent custom chandelier stands tall, and meticulously designed to accentuate the room's verticality and sophistication.

In selecting materials, the team aimed to maintain a warm, inviting, and sophisticated ambiance throughout every corner of Casa Romo. Three distinct types of stone create visual focal points throughout the house, each chosen for its unique color and pattern, adding depth to the overall design. Warm wood textures are incorporated to create a cozy atmosphere, while darker tones are strategically used to emphasize key spaces.

Furniture was integrated with the spaciousness and length of Casa Romo's interiors in mind, ensuring each piece complements the open design. Additionally, curved elements were introduced to create a harmonious and fluid appearance within the layout.
