Framed by the breathtaking views of the Cabo Sea, Cabo II is a luxury residence located in an exclusive area of San Jose del Cabo, Mexico. Designed as a vacation retreat for a family, the project fuses contemporary architecture with elements of the natural environment, achieving a perfect balance between comfort, aesthetics and sustainability.
The architectural proposal focused on creating a harmonious connection with the landscape, using local materials such as natural travertine, black steel and glass, which provide sophistication and warmth. In addition, the selected vegetation was carefully integrated to respect the region's arid ecosystem, highlighting native species that complement the exterior design.
The design of Cabo II is organized on two levels that maximize the use of space and optimize ocean views: Ground floor: It houses the main social areas, including an open kitchen, living room, dining room and a bar, all connected to a terrace that invites outdoor enjoyment. A master bedroom, specifically requested by the owners, has direct access to the terrace, full bathroom and a large walk-in closet.
The upper floor is dedicated to private areas, both floors are connected by a spiral staircase illuminated by a floor-to-ceiling window; with three secondary bedrooms, each with a walk-in closet. In addition, a terrace with a double-height outdoor living room and a sundeck surround an infinity pool that takes advantage of the slope of the land, giving the infinity effect overlooking the sea.
Cabo II is a place where architecture dialogues with the landscape, offering its inhabitants a refuge designed for unforgettable experiences.
